A physiotherapist and yoga teacher offering physio-informed yoga classes, designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and find balance.
I understand what it’s like to juggle a busy life, whilst trying to make time for exercise, especially when energy is low or your body feels stiff and achy.
That’s why I created Physio Flow, an online class blending yoga postures and bodyweight exercises with physiotherapy principles, to help you build functional strength, improve mobility, and ease everyday tension.
My teaching is grounded, supportive, and free from judgement, creating a welcoming space to improve your fitness and wellbeing.
